Version 1.3 Alpha

Sorry about the confusing version numbers, I decided to change version 0.2 to version 1.0.

Bug Fixes:

-Re-written footstep code  (there might still be some bugs)

-(Hopefully) fixed bug where footstep sounds would player even though player is dead

Features:

-Added new player intercom (uses voice chat, broadcasts a messages to everyone in the facility, working on doing scp chamber specific intercoms)

-Added new mop item for janitors (just an ordinary mop, nothing more)

-Extended the Gate-B surface model (there is now a tunnel you can go through)

-Added new room event 

-Added subtitles for intercom messages (only works for some messages)
